Decking laid across the joists so the space above the garage holds storage and you can walk on it to get there. Storage decking, not a room conversion.
A pull-down ladder you are willing to climb with a box in one hand, fitted square into the framed opening you already have, or a worn one swapped out. $779 installed.
4×8 ceiling racks mounted into the joists, clear of the garage door track and opener through their full travel. $479 per rack, $779 for two.
Pulley system racks that lower to a reachable height to load, then raise back toward the ceiling. No ladder, no lifting bins overhead. $779 per rack, $1,279 for two.

Every project starts with a full cleanout and sort. From there we add zoning, layout, labeling, and storage installation based on your tier, finishing with before/after photos.
We offer six transparent tiers ($450–$2,500+) based on garage size and clutter level. After a free on-site estimate you'll get a fixed scope and price before any work begins.
Most single-garage projects are completed in one day. Larger Alpha transformations with extensive installation may run into a second day, we'll tell you upfront.
Your choice. You can provide your own hardware for installation, or we'll supply quality bins, shelving and racks at a transparent markup, whatever fits your budget.
Either. Storage installation and junk removal are both priced and booked on their own. The six Wolf Packages bundle cleanout, organizing and installation for people who want the whole garage handled in one visit.
Roughly: if the garage is full of things that have to go, start with junk removal or a cleanout. If the floor is clear but nothing has a home, you need the organizing work. If the layout already works and there is simply nowhere to put anything, you need storage installed. The free estimate settles it either way.
Yes, all three, and each is booked on its own. Lighting is fixture swaps onto existing fittings and plug-in systems, we are not licensed electricians and we do not rewire. TV mounting and gym mirrors go onto walls we have checked first. Garage floor pressure washing is included in The Pack Organizer and The Alpha Transformation, and otherwise a separate service at $149.
