Junk removal, booked on its own
Sometimes nothing needs organizing. The garage, the shed or the back of the carport is simply full of things that have to go, and what you want is a truck, two people and an afternoon, not a layout plan.
That is this service. We load it, we haul it, and we deal with where it ends up: a donation run for whatever a local charity will take, separation of what can be recycled, and proper disposal for the rest. Nothing needs dragging to the curb first. If you also want the space sorted and put back in an order that works once it is empty, that is The Cub Clean-Out, but that is a separate decision, and plenty of people make it after the junk is gone.

If you can point at it, we can usually take it. Where something is unusually heavy or awkward: a safe, a hot tub, a gun cabinet, a piano, tell us when you book so we bring the right number of people and the right equipment.
We donate before we dump
Most of what comes out of a garage is not rubbish. It is usable furniture, tools and equipment that simply stopped being needed, and there is no reason for it to go to landfill because nobody had time to make the trip.
So the first sort happens on your driveway. Anything a local charity will accept goes on the donation run, metal and cardboard are separated where the volume justifies it, and only what is genuinely finished goes to the dump. You do not have to make any of those trips or keep any of the receipts.
How a load is priced
Junk removal is priced by volume: how much of the truck your load actually fills, and it is quoted at the free on-site estimate, before anything is touched. You get the figure in writing, and nothing leaves until you have agreed to it.
We do not quote it over the phone from a description. Volume estimates made that way are usually wrong, and the correction always arrives at the worst possible moment. If a load turns out bigger than what we quoted, we stop and re-quote before we carry on loading. The price is never adjusted after the fact.
If haul-away is part of a package you have already booked, additional loads beyond the one included are charged at the published add-on rate rather than re-quoted from scratch.
Then the floor, once it is clear
A cleared garage is the one chance to get at the whole slab, so it is the natural moment to wash it: the dirt, the oil shadow and the tire marks that were hidden under everything we just hauled away. We pressure wash garage floors only, never house exteriors, roofs or soffits.

What we cannot take
Hazardous material is the main exclusion. Paint, solvents, fuel, propane cylinders, pool chemicals, pesticides and automotive fluids have to go through your county household hazardous waste program. We will tell you which of your items fall into that group and where the nearest drop-off is, rather than leaving you to work it out.
Also outside this service: asbestos and any building material needing licensed abatement, medical or biological waste, ammunition and explosives, and anything that would have to be demolished to remove. Tires, car batteries and some electronics are only accepted at specific facilities, so they are quoted separately rather than folded into a general load.
We are also not movers. This service takes things away, it does not transport belongings you are keeping to another address.

Someone needs to be there at the start to confirm what is going and approve the quote. After that you do not have to supervise it. We walk the space with you before we leave so nothing goes that should have stayed.
No. The loading is the job. Everything comes out from wherever it is sitting, including overhead shelves, lofts and the back corner nobody has reached in years.
Usually, yes. Most single and double garages are a same-day job. If the volume genuinely needs a second trip we tell you at the estimate rather than discovering it halfway through the afternoon.
