Garage Organization, Zoning & Layout

The Pack Organizer is our most popular package: everything in the Cub Clean-Out, plus a zoned layout designed around how your household actually uses the space, and labeling that keeps it that way.

Package price
$1,000–$1,750

Depends on garage size, clutter level and how much labeling and hardware the layout calls for. Fixed scope and price confirmed in writing before work begins.

A zoned family garage with labeled bins, defined sports and tool areas and clear floor space

Zoning is what makes organization survive contact with a family

A cleaned-out garage that has no plan behind it is usually back to baseline within a season. What keeps it in shape is zoning: every category of thing has one obvious home, and that home is chosen around how often you reach for it and who in the house has to reach for it.

The Pack Organizer starts with the full Cub Clean-Out, then adds the part that lasts — a zone-by-zone layout for parking, sports and outdoor gear, tools, lawn equipment and seasonal storage, with labeling on your existing bins so the system survives other people putting things away.

Designed around your household, not a catalogue

Zoning decisions are specific. A family with three kids in travel sports needs the balls, bats and bags at kid height near the door, and the holiday bins somewhere deliberately inconvenient. A household with a serious workbench needs the opposite priority. A two-car garage that has to keep two cars in it has far less wall to work with than one that never parks a car at all.

We plan around what you actually own and how you actually live, then put frequently used items within easy reach and move seasonal or rarely used items to higher wall or overhead storage. Light-duty wall hooks are included; bins, racks and shelving can be added and are quoted transparently.

Where the Pack stops

Light-duty wall hooks are included, up to six. Heavier installation — wall shelving runs, ceiling racks, tool systems — sits in The Alpha Transformation, or can be added here as itemized add-ons.

Labeling is applied to bins you already own. A premium bin package is available as an add-on if your existing containers are not worth keeping.

As with every tier, hazardous material removal, electrical work, construction and repairs are not included, and mounting requires suitable structural support.

Questions

Organization questions

The Cub is a cleanout — sort, clear, sweep, donate. The Pack includes all of that and then designs the space: zoning, layout, labeling and light-duty hooks, so the result holds up over time instead of drifting back.

No. You can provide your own hardware for us to install, or we can supply quality bins, shelving and racks at a transparent markup. Either way the cost is itemized before work begins.

That is the point of it. Labels are applied to your existing bins by category rather than by contents list, so a bin stays correct even as the specific things inside it change through the year.

Most Pack Organizer projects are completed in a single day. Larger garages or heavier clutter can extend into a second day, which we flag at the estimate rather than on the day.
