Holiday Cheer Lighting: Holiday Light Installation
Holiday lights hung straight, lit up for the season and taken down again in January. Use the lights you already have, or let us bring them.
One-story roofline prices shown; two-story and icicle pricing below. Measured at the free on-site estimate.

Holiday lights, up and down, without the ladder
Holiday Cheer Lighting is our seasonal service: we hang your Christmas and holiday lights along the roofline, the peaks and the eaves, get them lit, and come back after the holidays to take them down again.
You can use the lights you already own, or we supply them. Either way you get a clean, even line that looks deliberate from the street, and nobody in the house has to spend a Saturday on a ladder in November.
What it costs
Priced per linear foot of roofline, measured at the free estimate. Use your own lights, or have us supply them.
“Your lights” means installation of lights you already own; “our lights” includes the lights. Premium lights are quoted at the estimate. Takedown is priced separately, below.
Pick the look
Warm white is the classic Christmas look. Cool blue and white, full multi-color and icicle strands are all on the menu, and we will talk through what suits the house at the estimate.

Holiday colors, all year round
If you would rather not hang and remove lights every year, outdoor perimeter lighting stays on the house and changes with the calendar: red and green in December, warm white the rest of the time, and whatever the occasion calls for in between.

How the season works
Booking opens in October. We measure the roofline at the free estimate, agree the layout and the price in writing, and put you on the install calendar.
Installs start November 1. Your layout goes up in a clean, even line and is plugged into an existing outdoor outlet, lit and checked before we leave.
Takedown is in January. We come back, take everything down, and pack the lights into your storage bins at no extra charge, ready for next year.
Takedown pricing
Takedown is a separate visit in January, priced by the size of the layout. Packing the lights into your bins is included.
We pack the lights away for you, but we do not store them between seasons: they stay with you, boxed and ready for next November. If the garage has no room for the bins, overhead racks are what they were made for.
What we don’t do
Holiday lights plug into an outdoor outlet that is already there. We do not add outlets, run new circuits or hardwire anything: that is a licensed electrician’s job, and we will say so at the estimate if the house needs it.
We also do not store lights between seasons. They are taken down, packed into your bins and left with you.
We install across St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Nassau and Flagler Counties.

Flagler County Palm Coast
