Garage Services: Storage, Organization & Junk Removal

Every garage service we offer, in one place: cleanouts and organizing, storage installed on the walls and ceiling, and junk hauled away. Book the whole garage or a single piece of it. Across St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Nassau and Flagler Counties.

Three kinds of work
Clear · Organize · Install

Most jobs are a combination of the three. Storage installation and junk removal can each be booked entirely on their own.

Everything we do, in one place

Garage Wolves does three kinds of work, and most jobs are some combination of them: clearing a garage out, organizing what stays, and installing the storage that keeps it that way. Junk removal is the third piece and it can be booked entirely on its own.

This page lists every service, what each one actually involves, and where to go for the pricing. If you are not sure which you need, that is what the free on-site estimate is for, we walk the garage with you and tell you what the job really is before quoting anything.

Garage Wolves free on-site consultation: walkthrough and discussion, photos and measurements, custom quote, expert recommendations. More storage, more possibilities.
Attic storage

The space above the garage, made usable. Most garages here have one and almost nobody can stand in it.

Attic flooring and decking

Decking laid across the joists so the attic holds storage and you can walk on it to get there. A walkway, a platform near the hatch, or the full span, whichever the structure and your storage actually need. Not a room conversion: no insulation work, no power, no drywall.

$279 per section →

Decked attic with plywood laid over the joists and storage bins lined up along the far wall under the roof trusses

Attic ladder installation

A ladder you are willing to climb with a box in one hand, fitted square into the framed opening you already have. We do not cut new openings through framing or trusses, that is a structural change and a different trade.

$779 installed →

Aluminum pull-down attic ladder extended from a garage ceiling hatch down to the floor beside fitted cabinets
Garage storage

The hardware. Supplied and installed, priced per unit, and available without booking a full package.

Overhead and ceiling racks

Four-by-eight platforms mounted to the joists and set behind the garage-door travel, so a loaded rack is never in the path of a raising panel. This is where the seasonal and the rarely touched belong, and it is the single biggest win in most garages.

$479 per rack, $779 for two →

Overhead storage rack mounted to the garage ceiling holding stacked bins clear of the door track

Pulley system ceiling racks

The same overhead plane, with a raising and lowering system. The platform comes down to a reachable height to load or unload, then goes back up toward the ceiling, so seasonal totes and camping gear stop meaning a ladder and a bin over your head.

$779 per rack, $1,279 for two →

Two pulley system ceiling racks loaded with bins and a spare tire, hung above a parked car clear of the garage door track

Wall shelving

Heavy-duty floating or bracketed shelving, mounted into structure rather than into drywall with the anchors that came in the box. We check framing and clear wall runs first, because shelving that cannot carry a real load is worse than none. Hardware included in the price.

$249 per section →

Metal garage shelving bays loaded with labeled bins and tool cases

Cabinets and bin systems

Metal cabinets for the things that should not be on an open shelf, and labeled bin systems on shelving so the seasonal boxes stop being archaeology. Bins are supplied per unit on top of the shelving they sit on.

$249 per cabinet, bins from $19 →

Labeled storage bins racked on garage shelving, sorted by category

Bike, lawn and equipment mounts

Bike racks, rails for rakes, blowers and trimmers, plus slatwall, hooks and accessory mounts. This is the category that otherwise leans in a corner and slides over every time the door opens.

From $79 per bike →

Rakes, a trimmer and a leaf blower hung on a garage wall rail, clear of the floor
Garage lighting

Better light from the power already in the garage, booked on its own. Fixture swaps onto existing fittings and plug-in systems only: we are not licensed electricians, we do not rewire and we do not add circuits or outlets.

LED and fluorescent shop lighting

A run of bright fixtures over the bays and the bench instead of one bulb in the middle of the ceiling, swapped onto the fittings already there. For most garages this is the one that fixes the shadow problem.

$149 per fixture installed →

Long fluorescent-style LED fixture mounted on a garage ceiling near the door opener, throwing even light across the bay

Hexagon LED lighting

The ceiling grid from gym and show-car garages: even, shadow-free light across a large area. Plug-in systems run from an existing outlet, so no rewiring.

From $579 per section →

Hexagon LED panels covering a garage ceiling above dark cabinets, a workbench and a bike on the wall

Ambient and accent LED

Strip lighting along the ceiling line, under cabinets or around the perimeter, app-controlled and color-changing. It changes how the room feels; most garages pair it with proper task light over the bench.

Garage lighting, including what needs an electrician →

Garage lit in blue accent LED along the ceiling and cabinet lines, with a workbench and tool drawers below
Garage upgrades

The finishing work, once the storage is in and the garage is worth spending time in: a screen on the wall and a mirror for the gym corner. Each of these is booked on its own.

Garage TV mounting

Screens mounted in garages, which is its own problem: stud walls and the concrete block common in older houses need different fixings, and heat and humidity decide where a screen can safely live. We route the cable; the outlet has to already be there.

Quoted on the wall and bracket →

A wall-mounted television above a run of garage cabinets and a workbench, with hexagon ceiling lighting overhead

Garage mirror installation

Gym mirror with finished edges, mounted into structure rather than hung on clips meant for a bathroom. Set at the height you actually train at.

From $399 installed →

Wall mirror mounted along a garage gym wall beside a rack and bench, lit by warm perimeter lighting
Garage organization

Sorting, deciding and laying out. This is the judgment-free part of the job, and it is where most garages are actually won or lost.

Full garage cleanout

Everything comes out, gets sorted on the driveway, and only what you are keeping goes back in. It is the fastest route to a usable floor and it is usually a single day. Nothing leaves without your say-so, and we do not comment on what you own or how it got that way.

The Cub Clean-Out →The Deployment Pack →The Coastal Den →The Pack Organizer →The Alpha Transformation →

The Cub Clean-Out: a cleared garage with the door open, boxes sorted for donation and haul-away against the back wall

Keep, donate, discard sorting

The sort run as a process rather than left to you alone on a ninety-degree Saturday. Simple keep-or-go questions, someone else carrying the heavy things, and the donation run handled the same day so nothing sits in the driveway waiting for a trip nobody makes.

Included in The Cub Clean-Out →

Garage Wolves truck and loaded trailer on a driveway during a donation and haul-away run

Space planning and zoning

Deciding what goes where, based on how often you actually reach for it. Daily items at eye level near the door, seasonal things high, bulky things overhead, and a defined home for every category so the layout survives contact with a household. Labeling included.

The Pack Organizer: $1,000–$1,750 →

The Pack Organizer: a two-bay garage with labeled bins on wall shelving, sports gear racked and a clear floor

Tool and equipment systems

Pegboard, rails, hooks and bench organization for the garages that are really workshops. Hand tools within reach of where they are used, consumables and offcuts high and out of the way, and the floor in front of the bench kept clear.

Storage installation pricing →

An extension ladder and a folding step ladder held on wall brackets above a garage workbench, clear of the floor
Junk removal

Getting things gone, and the floor washed once it is clear. Both are booked on their own.

Junk removal and haul-away

Loading, hauling and disposal, booked entirely on its own without an organizing package. Furniture, appliances, old shelving, yard waste, whole garage and shed contents. Anything a local charity will accept goes on a donation run first, and only what is genuinely finished goes to the dump. Priced by volume at the estimate, agreed in writing before anything is loaded.

Garage junk removal →

A loaded Garage Wolves junk removal truck, with a cluttered garage and a cleared garage shown side by side beneath it

Garage floor pressure washing

The slab washed properly: dirt, oil shadow and tire marks. Included in The Pack Organizer and The Alpha Transformation, otherwise a separate booking, and we wash garage floors only, never house exteriors, roofs or soffits.

$149 →

Pressure washer wand spraying a speckled garage floor, leaving a clean strip across the concrete
Holiday & outdoor lighting

Lights on the outside of the house, seasonal or permanent. Both plug into an outdoor outlet you already have: no hardwiring and no new outlets.

Holiday Cheer Lighting

Holiday lights hung along the roofline for the season and taken down in January, with the lights packed into your bins. Use your own lights or ours. Booking opens in October, installs start November 1.

From $6/ft with your lights, $10/ft with ours →

Two-story house outlined in warm white holiday lights at dusk

Outdoor perimeter lighting

A run of app-controlled LED lights along the eaves that stays up all year and changes color from your phone. Supplied and installed with a standard plug-in kit; premium kits quoted at the estimate.

From $15/ft supplied and installed →

Perimeter lights glowing warm white under the eaves of a two-story house
Good to know

What we don’t do

We are not movers. We clear, organize and install; we do not pack or transport belongings you are keeping to another address.

Hazardous material is outside every one of these services: paint, solvents, fuel, propane, pool chemicals and automotive fluids go through your county household hazardous waste program. We identify them and tell you where they go.

Rewiring, new circuits and anything else that needs a licensed electrician are other trades. We fit plug-in lighting and swap fixtures onto fittings that are already there, and nothing past that. Construction, drywall repair, finished floor coverings and coatings such as epoxy, and licensed abatement are other trades too. If your garage needs one of those first, we will say so rather than working around it.

Garage floor pressure washing is included in The Pack Organizer and The Alpha Transformation, and booked on its own with any other package. We wash garage floors: not house exteriors, roofs or soffits.

Questions

Service questions

Either. Storage installation and junk removal are both priced and booked on their own. The six Wolf Packages bundle cleanout, organizing and installation for people who want the whole garage handled in one visit.

Roughly: if the garage is full of things that have to go, start with junk removal or a cleanout. If the floor is clear but nothing has a home, you need the organizing work. If the layout already works and there is simply nowhere to put anything, you need storage installed. The free estimate settles it either way.

Either way works. Hardware is included in the installed prices, or you can supply your own and we fit it. Bins and organizers can be homeowner-provided or supplied by us at a transparent markup, and we tell you which at the estimate.

Yes, all three, and each is booked on its own. Lighting is fixture swaps onto existing fittings and plug-in systems, we are not licensed electricians and we do not rewire. TV mounting and gym mirrors go onto walls we have checked first. Garage floor pressure washing is included in The Pack Organizer and The Alpha Transformation, and otherwise a separate service at $149.

We work across St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Nassau and Flagler Counties. Every town page is linked above. If your town is not one of them it is very likely still inside the area, so ask.
