Outdoor Perimeter Lighting
A run of LED lights along the eaves that stays up all year and changes color from your phone: warm white most nights, the holidays when they come round.
Supplied and installed, standard plug-in kit included. Measured at the free on-site estimate.

Lights that stay up, and change with the occasion
Outdoor perimeter lighting is a run of LED lights mounted along the eaves and soffits that stays on the house all year. From the street it is barely visible by day; at night it can be warm white every evening, red and green in December, and whatever colors the occasion calls for in between.
It is controlled from an app, so the colors, the schedule and the brightness change from your phone. No ladders every November, no boxes of tangled strands every January.
What it costs
Priced per linear foot, supplied and installed, and measured at the free estimate.
Prices include a standard plug-in lighting kit and ordinary mounting supplies. Premium kits are quoted at the estimate. Already bought a kit? Tell us at the estimate and we will price the installation.
The same lights, any color
The run on the house stays the same; the app decides what it shows. A few of the looks it can do:

How it goes in
We measure the eaves at the free estimate and agree where the run starts and ends, where it turns corners, and which outdoor outlet the controller plugs into. The price is fixed in writing before anything is ordered.
On the day, the lights are mounted along the soffit or fascia in a straight, even line, the controller is plugged in, and we set up the app with you before we leave, including a schedule so the lights come on at dusk.
What we don’t do
Perimeter lighting uses plug-in kits run to an outdoor outlet that is already there. We do not hardwire lights, add outlets or run new circuits: that is a licensed electrician’s job, and if the house needs one first we will say so at the estimate.
We install across St. Johns, Duval, Clay, Nassau and Flagler Counties.

$15 per foot for a one-story installation and $19 per foot for a two-story section, supplied and installed with a standard plug-in kit. The run is measured at the free estimate and the price is fixed in writing before anything is ordered.
No. It uses plug-in kits that run to an outdoor outlet you already have. We do not hardwire lights or add outlets; if the house needs a new outlet first, that is a licensed electrician’s job and we will tell you at the estimate.
Yes. The lights are app-controlled, so the same run can be warm white most nights, red and green in December and red, white and blue for the Fourth. Colors, brightness and the schedule all change from your phone.
Yes. Tell us at the estimate what you have and we will price the installation. Premium kits we supply are quoted individually as well.
Much less than seasonal strands. The lights sit along the soffit or fascia in a single even line, so by day it reads as part of the trim rather than a set of lights.
