The treed homesites that make the community attractive also create work. Homes tucked among preserve and mature trees generate constant yard demand — blowers, trimmers, rakes, tarps and storm-prep supplies — and that equipment needs its own wall zone rather than being interleaved with everything else.
World Golf Village also includes 55+ residences, and the work there is frequently different in kind. Downsizing projects are less about capacity and more about sorting decades of accumulated belongings at a manageable pace, then keeping everything that is still used at comfortable reach rather than overhead. It is slower, more decision-heavy work, and it should not be rushed.
