Lakeside covers the stretch of Clay County between Doctors Lake and the St. Johns River, taking in Ridgewood, the Loch Rane area and Doctors Inlet. It is older housing stock than the master-planned communities further south, which means garages here have usually been accumulating for a long time and were never designed to hold what they now hold.
