Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Garage Wolves services, including website visits, quote requests, and in-home garage organizing projects. By contacting us for a quote or scheduling a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be clear, not buried.

Garage Wolves is an owner-operated business serving St. Johns, Duval, Clay and Flagler Counties, Florida.

Services Provided

Garage Wolves provides professional garage organization, storage system design and installation, decluttering, and space optimization services for residential clients. Services are available exclusively within St. Johns, Duval, Clay and Flagler Counties, Florida.

All services are performed by or directly supervised by the Garage Wolves owner. We take pride in showing up, doing the work right, and leaving your space better than we found it.

Service availability is subject to scheduling and project capacity. We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion.

Free Estimate & In-Home Quote

We offer free, no-obligation in-home estimates. When you schedule an estimate:

• You grant Garage Wolves permission to access and inspect your garage or storage area for the purpose of assessing the project scope
• The estimate we provide is based on conditions observed at the time of the visit; final pricing may be adjusted if the scope changes materially
• A written or messaged quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is provided
• Accepting an estimate constitutes an agreement to proceed with the project under the terms outlined at the time of booking

We'll never pressure you to commit on the spot. Take the time you need.

Booking & Payment

Projects are booked via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, phone, or text. A booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing (message or text) on the project scope, date, and price.

Payment is due upon project completion unless a deposit or alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing beforehand.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Personal or business check (made payable to Garage Wolves)
• Venmo
• Zelle
• Credit or debit card

For larger projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be requested to hold your date and cover materials. Deposit terms will be specified in writing at time of booking.

Invoices not paid within 7 days of project completion may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Notify us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, phone, or text.
• First reschedule within 24 hours is accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
• Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, as that time slot cannot be filled on short notice.
• Garage Wolves reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, illness, or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible and rescheduled at no cost.

Access & On-Site Requirements

To ensure we can complete your project safely and efficiently, we ask that you:

• Provide clear, safe access to the garage or work area on the scheduled date
• Ensure that an adult (18 or older) is present or immediately reachable by phone during the visit
• Remove or secure pets that may be present in or near the work area
• Disclose any known hazards — mold, pest issues, structural concerns, or fragile items — prior to the visit
• Remove or clearly identify any items you do not want touched, sorted, or discarded

Garage Wolves is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, items damaged due to undisclosed conditions, or loss resulting from items not clearly identified as off-limits before work begins.

Valuables and irreplaceable items (heirlooms, important documents, collectibles) should be removed from the work area or secured before our arrival. We take great care, but we cannot assume liability for items of undisclosed or sentimental value.

Photography & Media Release

Garage Wolves may photograph your garage space before, during, and after a project for internal documentation and — by default — for use in our portfolio, website, and social media advertising (including Facebook and Instagram).

You may opt out before service begins. Notify us in writing (text, DM, or message) and we will not photograph your space or will limit photography to internal project records only. Opting out has no effect on service quality, pricing, or scheduling priority.

When photos are published, Garage Wolves will:

• Obscure or crop out street-visible house numbers
• Exclude identifiable personal items, documents, and vehicle license plates
• Not publish your name or address in connection with the images

If you'd like a published photo removed after the fact, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Garage Wolves' total liability to you for any claim arising from our services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects present before our arrival
• Damage to items not disclosed or identified prior to service
• Normal wear or settling of storage hardware over time
• Items discarded or donated that were not clearly marked as "keep" by the client
• Incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind

We work carefully and take your space seriously. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, please contact us directly — we'd always rather make it right than have an unhappy client.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If installed storage hardware — shelving, wall systems, overhead racks — fails due to our installation within 90 days of project completion under normal use, we will return to correct it at no charge.

This commitment does not cover:

• Damage caused by overloading beyond rated capacity
• Alterations made by third parties after installation
• Damage resulting from water intrusion, structural movement, or other conditions outside our control
• Products that develop manufacturer defects — those are addressed through the product warranty directly

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from services provided by Garage Wolves shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Duval County, Florida.

Before pursuing any legal remedy, we ask that you contact us directly to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly with a conversation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For ongoing or multi-phase projects, the terms in effect at the time of booking apply for the duration of that project unless both parties agree in writing to updated terms.
